Compliance
Compliance is one page holding the two records that prove you are cleared to fly: your Credentials and your Insurance. Open it from Compliance under Configure in the sidebar. The page has two tabs. Credentials opens first; switch to Insurance with the tab bar. Both tabs are bookmarkable — the Insurance tab keeps?tab=insurance in the address bar.
Adding or editing anything on this page opens a side panel rather than taking you to a separate screen, so you never lose your place in the list.
Anything expired or expiring within 30 days also shows up as a task in Tasks, and in the weekly Compliance check, so nothing lapses quietly.
Credentials
Credentials prove your qualifications — licenses, certificates, waivers, and more. Each credential tracks its type, issuing authority, dates, and status. Use Add Credential to enter one by hand, or Browse Directory to pick a known certification from the built-in directory. Picking from the directory prefills the name, type, and issuing authority for you.Credential types

Credential statuses
1
Pending
Newly added credentials start as Pending. This is the default status.
2
Verified
The credential has been reviewed and confirmed as valid.
3
Expired
The credential’s expiration date has passed. Update or renew it to restore a valid status.
4
Rejected
The credential did not pass verification. Check the details and resubmit if needed.
Insurance
Track insurance policies so coverage details and renewals stay visible. Policies expiring within 30 days surface on Home. Use Add Policy on the Insurance tab to create one. Click any policy row — or its Edit button — to open that policy in the side panel, where you can edit every field, attach a document, or delete the policy.Insurance types

Insurance status
Insurance status is largely computed from dates. If today is between the effective and expiration dates, the policy shows as Active. Past the expiration date, it shows as Expired. Policies expiring within 30 days show an Expiring Soon warning. You can also set statuses such as Cancelled, Pending, or Suspended when a policy needs special handling. The Insurance tab lists active policies only. Expired policies stay in your records and remain reachable from the Tasks they generate — opening one of those takes you straight to that policy’s panel.Tips
Keep credentials and insurance current
Keep credentials and insurance current
Expired credentials and policies turn into tasks, and the weekly Compliance check lists what runs out soon. Renew early so nothing blocks a job at the last minute.
Upload documents when it matters

Attaching a credential or policy PDF makes renewal and client questions easier — you are not searching email for the file.
Add credentials before writing proposals
Add credentials before writing proposals
Proposals can pull in your credentials to show a client you are qualified. Adding them here first means they are ready when you need them.
