Solo gives you everything a single pilot needs: CRM with up to 50 clients, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing with Stripe payments, fleet management for up to 5 aircraft, mission logging, and a public pilot profile in the directory.

When you need to collaborate. The Team plan adds unlimited team members with role-based permissions, unlimited clients, priority support, and multi-user scheduling. If you're running an agency or managing a crew, Team is the right fit.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time with one click. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current billing period is honored before the change takes effect.

Yes. Annual plans save you up to 20% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from your account settings.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.

Your data is always yours. After cancellation, your account remains accessible in read-only mode for 90 days so you can export everything. After that, we permanently delete all data.
