Plans & billing
Free and Pro
Three things differ. Everything else is on both plans.
Both plans show a quote’s margin before you send it, and both let you mark a job as done.
What jobs paid is the other half: recording the hours a finished job really took, so the app can tell you what it actually earned per hour against what you quoted — per job, per service, and per month.
Agents research a client, prep a meeting, or brief a site from the record. Both plans get the weekly digest.
Annual billing gives you two months free — pay for 10, get 12, about 17% off. Change your billing cycle any time under Settings → Plan.
What you get
- Companies and people — every client, contact, and conversation, with import from CSV or Excel.
- Pipeline — track work from the first call to an accepted proposal. The loop ends there; there is no delivery or invoicing stage after it.
- Proposals — build a quote from your saved services, reuse text from your content library, and let the client read and accept it in the browser without printing or signing anything.
- Quote margin — see what a job earns you before you send the price. Your price book knows your travel, equipment per hour, overhead, and how long each kind of job takes, so every quote carries a margin. On both plans.
- Proposal analytics (Pro) — opens, readers, and whether the job makes money, on the proposal’s Analytics view. Free can still compose and send.
- What jobs paid (Pro) — enter the hours a finished job took and see the real hourly rate beside the one you quoted. Marking a job done works on both plans; the hours and everything derived from them are the Pro part. Once a service has enough finished jobs, the price book tells you which of your services is quietly losing money and what price would fix it.
- Compliance — never miss a licence or insurance renewal. Expiring credentials and policies raise a warning and create a task; equipment registration expiry warns too.
Starting out
Every new account starts on Pro for 14 days with 2,000 trial credits. No card is required and there is nothing to cancel. When the trial ends you choose Free or Pro. Choosing Free costs nothing and grants 300 credits once — they do not refill. Free runs the whole workflow: clients, pipeline, proposals, price book, equipment, and compliance records, and every quote you build still shows its margin. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to a paid plan.Credits
Almost everything in the app is unmetered. There are no caps on how many clients, proposals, or drones you add — a row in a database costs us nothing, so charging for it would be arbitrary. Credits exist for the small number of actions that cost real money to run:
Asking the assistant and running an agent are ranges because a quick answer costs less than one where it has to read through a lot of your records. You are charged what it took.
The three free recipes are free because they never call a model — they are arithmetic over records you already have. See Automations.
Things worth knowing:
- You are never charged when something fails. Stopping an answer halfway costs nothing either.
- Free credits are granted once and do not refill.
- Pro credits refill monthly. Anything unused at the end of the month expires and a fresh allowance is granted. Credits do not carry over on any plan.
- We warn you at 80% and again at 90%, so running out is never a surprise. The warning shows in the app and arrives by email; turn the email off under Settings → Notifications if you only want the in-app one.
- When credits run out, the AI actions pause. The rest of the app keeps working exactly as before, and nothing you have stored is affected.
- Your balance is in the app footer, and Settings → Plan shows what each action costs and what you have used.
Buying more credits
If you run out before your next refill, Buy credits on Settings → Plan lets you top up. Pick one of the suggested amounts or type your own:
You can buy from 300 to 1,200 credits, in steps of 100. Prices hold in euros too — 300 credits is €5 as well as $5.
Bought credits never expire. They sit beside your monthly allowance and are only spent once the monthly ones are gone, so a refill never wipes out something you paid for.
Nothing recharges automatically. You are never charged more than your plan price unless you buy credits yourself.
This is a one-off. If you find yourself buying often, Pro is better value: the most you can buy at once is 1,200 credits for 20 a month on Pro gives you 2,000 every month, plus job history.
