Home

Home is the first screen after you sign in. It is one column, headed Your day, with a line saying how many things need you. There are no tabs and no charts. Every card goes quiet when it has nothing to say, so a clear day is a short page.

Ask

A question box at the top. Type a question and send it, or pick one of the suggestions — either way the answer opens in the assistant panel at the side, so you can keep clicking around while it works. Use Add context to point the question at a company, a person, an opportunity, or a proposal.

Finish setup

A checklist of five things worth doing once: your profile, your services, your rates, your fleet, and one compliance record. It disappears for good once they are all ticked. See Getting started.

Start here

Written for you by the assistant once a week. It reads everything else on this page and names the single thing worth doing first, with an opening line already drafted. It arrives Monday morning in your own time zone, and it never spends credits. Change the day and hour, or turn it off, under Automations. If there is nothing worth ranking, the card does not appear. Silence means you are on top of it.

Tasks

Your tasks that are overdue or due today — not a look-ahead. “See all tasks” opens the full list. This card stays even when it is empty, because “nothing due” is an answer. See Tasks.

Follow-ups

Overdue follow-ups you logged on a person or company, plus open opportunities that have gone quiet. Oldest first. Hidden when there are none.

Due again

Clients due a repeat job, based on how often they book. Hidden when there are none. A client due a repeat job never appears under Follow-ups as well — the dated reason wins and the vaguer one is dropped.

Pipeline

Your opportunities by stage, with four figures beside them: active clients, open opportunities, pipeline value, and close rate. Click through to open the full board.

Tips

Start here names the most time-sensitive item and writes the opening line. If you only do one thing before the day starts, do that one.
A quote sitting unanswered is closer to money than a new one you have not written yet.
The box at the top reaches the same records as the pages do. “Which quotes need chasing?” is faster than opening Proposals and sorting it yourself.
